Do you tattoo minors?

IGVB- We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, no exceptions.

Do you pierce infants?

IGVB- We do not perform any piercing procedures on anyone under the age of 15.

Can we bring in outside jewelry to get pierced with?

IGVB- We will only use in house jewelry, it is hypoallergenic medical grade stainless steel and sized properly for initial piercings.

Do you sell tattoo supplies?

IGVB- No we do not sell supplies.

Can I use numbing cream?

IGVB- Every artist is different, some do not like to work with numbing cream due to the nature of it changing your skin's texture. Ask ahead of your appointment.

What do I do if I want to work with a specific artist but can't find their contact info online?

IGVB- Give us a call! Each artist works differently on setting up appointments. Give us a call and let us know who you would like to work with and our staff will provide you with the information needed to set up an appointment with that specific artist.

Is your ink vegan friendly?

IGVB- All of our ink is vegan friendly, there is no animal products or any ingredients derived for animals in our ink.

How do you price tattoos?

IGVB- Depending on the piece they are flat rated based on location, size, and design. Larger pieces are charged on an hourly rate.

Can I tip my artist or piercer?

IGVB- Yes, you can! We can run tips on your card as well with no extra fee.

Do you guys take walk-ins?

IGVB- We take walk-ins everyday, first come, first serve.

What do I need to bring in if my 15-17 year old is getting pierced?

IGVB- You would need to both bring in photo I.D.'s with the same last name and matching address on them. If your minor does not have an I.D. with that information on it then they will need to bring some form of photo I.D. with their birth certificate. Legal guardian will need to be present during the duration of the piercing, no family friend's or other family member's other than legal guardian will be able to bring the minor in.

What do I need to bring with me to get tattooed?

IGVB- You will need a photo ID.

Do I need to put a deposit down for my appointment?

IGVB- Yes, our deposits are $100, and we can take them through our website, over the phone or in person. The deposit covers your artwork and reserves the date you have selected. $100 is taken out of your end cost once the tattoo is completed, you are not paying anything extra.

Do you take cash or card?

IGVB- We accept both forms of payment. Cash is preferred and we do have an ATM in our shop. If we run card for a tattoo you will incur a 10% fee that caps at $10. All other transactions with card are ran without the fee.

Is it possible to get a same day appointment for a tattoo?

IGVB- We will take a look at the design you have submitted and all the additional details like size and location, based off that information we will let you know the soonest available appointment date/time that that specific piece can get done and which artist you will be working with. If we are able to get you in same day, we will let you know but regardless you will be getting the soonest appointment slot that we can offer for the piece.
